The Blood and Bone martial arts movie emphasizes the ability and direction on how you can use the martial arts to your advantages and that living and choosing a bad life can come back to haunt you. Blood and Bone has some excellent fight scenes and some humor. It stars Michael Jai White, who is trained in multiple martial art disciplines and Kimbo slice is in it, too. It is a good martial arts movie to watch. Thanks for sharing with us Yomister, I have not had a chance to see this martial arts movie yet. But it looks good. I like Michael Jai White.
