Knockout Punching Techniques

Having spent over 20 years in fight gyms as a professional Kickboxer and Boxer, Richard has had the opportunity to train with the best in the business. Learn the basics of boxing as they apply to combat. Whether sport or reality, you will learn how to set up knock out combinations and protect yourself from getting knocked out.

Effective Kicks and Knees

Richard’s roots as an elite Tae Kwon Do player combined with his training as a kickboxer has allowed him to create a unique style of kicking, combining speed and focus with the raw power. No matter what your kicking background is, you’ll learn different ways to generate power and how to throw your opponent’s timing off with a different rhythm of kicking.

Transitions

The hardest part of real combat is transitioning from one combat range to another. Learn to strike, throw, control and submit your opponent with fluidity. Learn how to use your strengths effectively by controlling the range.
