I recently attended Throwdown 4 in East Peoria, IL and one of the co-main events featured dynamo female mixed martial art warrior, Cathy Snell. She fought with the heart of a warrior.

I went online after the fight to find out more about her and came across the mma video bio below.

I knew she had the heart of warrior, but this interview with Cathy shows how she has absolutely embraced the warrior journey and pushed herself to new place and new heights.

Keep your eye on this female MMA fighter. She has the desire and warrior spirit to go all the way to the top.

Cathy Snell vs Ashley Cummins

Just wanted to post about Cathy's upcoming fight on April 23 in Las Vegas. You can watch the event online at www.tuffnuff.net

The winner of the Cummins vs Snell fight will battle in for the TUFF-N-UFF Title on May 28th.
